The Haystax platform is cloud-based. That means you log in one time and access your apps through the magic of the interwebs. This web application is hosted somewhere else.

This interface works with all modern browsers. It uses a lot of fancy Javascript and CSS stuff so your browser has to be current. These applications are developed and tested on Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Any other or older browser may result in a reduced experience so please plan accordingly. The Haystax platform is built on open-source and modern technologies like MongoDB, AngularJS, jQuery, HTML5, and uses current architectures like No-SQL data stores, REST interfaces, and client-based Javascript.

APIs are important. The Haystax platform uses a RESTful API (Application Programming Interface) to enable easy application development by both Haystax and third parties. Writing new apps for our platform should be easy. We integrate with many other third-party APIs to provide services such as user authentication and data storage.

The Haystax platform also has native mobile apps for iOS and Android. Use your mobile device in the field to add data, see what others have done in assessments, and collaborate while out and about. The app is available in both the Apple App store and the Google Play store.
